Now, here's the summary:
KANDYCE DECIDED TO FOLLOW JESUS & BE BAPTIZED ON JUNE 29TH!
I went on my first exchange (once every 6 weeks, we swap companions with another companionship for 24 hours)! Sister Rheinhart is the STL (sister training leader) for our zone (geographical area consisting of 35 ish missionaries). We met 7 new friends together and handed out 6 scriptures to people who wanted them! Sister Rheinhart still has her greenie fire, and yet she's 13 months into her mission... crazy
We met a man on the street yesterday who said he'd get baptized if I lifted my skirt up... pray for him... **picture below of the elders' reactions when we told them**
This week, I have been consumed by the thought of eternity. We GET to spend our unending existence with the Creator of the whole wide universe! How? Through sprinting into the arms of Jesus. Through being baptized in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost. Through being obedient to God's commandments. Through enduring and preserving all the way to the end. Eternity in the presence of my Father all in exchange for my heart- just wow.
