Hello!
My sunshine island princess companion, Sister Strong, moved all the way across the mission to Winchester, Kentucky! Crazy! Lucky me, however, the Lord provided me with ANOTHER top tier companion, Sister Walker! We've been keeping up the work, work, work here in Evansville, Indiana!
President & Sister Alder, who served as mission leaders for the entirety of my mission thus far, completed their mission on Wednesday and made it home safely! Although, not without giving me a Father's blessing first (an personal blessing, typically given from a father to their child before a big life event). One of the most special moments of my life. Our new mission leaders, President & Sister McGinn are INCREDIBLE! Big things are coming over the next three years of their service for the Lord!
Yesterday, all of the missionaries in the Evansville Zone gathered for the evening to meet the McGinn's! That was my final zone conference as a young, full-time missionary, so I was asked to give my departing testimony of what I learned over my nearly 18 months in the service of God and what I know to be true about Christ's gospel! So many "lasts" are headed my way... pray for me as I brace myself.
